This organization aims to provide young men with an opportunity to participate in basketball while also acquiring valuable life skills to enhance their quality of life. The TRA family has devoted their time and resources to establish an exceptional organization that prioritizes the development and well-being of each student athlete. This mission is evident in the actions of the TRA family, who focus on hiring qualified adults to create a nurturing environment using a holistic approach to student athlete development. The coaches at TRA serve as mentors and also maintain academic records for their respective teams, which has greatly contributed to TRA alumni qualifying to play at higher levels. The coaching staff at TRA adopts a team-centered approach, emphasizing the importance of accepting assigned roles and prioritizing team goals over individual goals. This mindset proves to be a valuable asset for success both on and off the court. The TRA family serves as a living testament to the values of Team TRA.

Our goal is to create a supportive basketball environment for athletes who want to advance their careers in the sport as well as providing an unforgettable experience for these boys and girls. We will organize travel to elite events where we can compete against top teams and players. Our commitment lies in the growth of our athletes and our program. We strive to foster a family-like atmosphere, where encouragement and enjoyment are valued. We want them to return and support the next generation of young athletes once they have moved on from us. We demonstrate the qualities they need to excel with us and reach the next level. Additionally, these same qualities will serve them well as they graduate and become part of the larger community.
